FLUTE ENSEMBLE
The Flute Ensemble is under the direction of Kathy Mongold. The ensemble performs for all music concerts, festivals and special events throughout the year. They have qualified for state honor festival several times and have received superior ratings as well as command performances. This unique ensemble performs music from various cultural traditions and styles. The students learn complex phrasing, balance and blend. Students also have the opportunity to experience performance on a variety of flutes: Bass, Alto. and Piccolo. This group practices before school on Tuesday and Thursday.
WOODWIND ENSEMBLE
Now in their 20th year, the woodwind quintet was the inspiration for all other ensembles at Enterprise. They have taken consistent superior ratings and have taken several command performances in both Region and State Ensemble competition. This group practices before school Monday morning.

This Ensemble is part of the Starship band and is featured in various venues throughout the year. As well as being featured in Starship performances they compete in classical competition as well. They have taken numerous superior ratings and have won consistent first place and command performances in region and state competitions.
PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE / DRUM CORPS
Alway a crowd favorite, this group performs as part of the marching band as well as on their own. As a parade corps they have taken special recognition by judges in Oregon, Canada as well as Redding. As a classical ensemble they have won awards and command performances in region and state competition as well as top awards at The Heritage and Gateway festivals in San Francisco, Canada, Las Vegas, and San Diego.
BRASS ENSEMBLE
This is the newest of all the ensembles. In just its first two years the brass ensemble has established itself by taking superior ratings in both region and state competitions. The Brass ensemble performs in both the winter and Spring concerts and is available for community functions as well.
Barbershop Quartet

Here is the newest ensemble coming out of the band program. The Barbershop Quartet is made up of Tyler Eliason, 2nd tenor (percussion) Adam Carlson, Baritone (Trombone) Sam Rounds, 1st tenor (Trombone) and Jacob Hawkley, Bass (Bari Sax).
All four of these guys are outstanding instrumentalist as well as fine singers. What a better way to use your talents than to get together, just for the fun of it, and sing some barbershop.
Since all of these men are part of the Jazz program and Enterprise Starship they will be supplementing the shows and pleasing audiences with their talents.
